The conformity of the PMIS software to the common project management standards is one of the most important features of AFAM’s software. One of the most well-known standards in the field of project management is the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standard. By dividing the subjects and processes into nine fields of knowledge, this standard attempts to embrace all fields of project management. The modules designed for AFAM’s PMIS software, besides regarding the local conditions and considerations, match this standard as much as possible and cover most of the fields under this standard.
